Ron’s Startup Idea

I have an idea for a startup. Sharing this publicly in case anyone reading this is interested, or knows someone who might be, and has the way with all to get this going, preferably with me 🙂.

Apps (perhaps AI-powered) and other tools/gadgets that alert you to your own irrationality and biases.

They can also show discrepancies in the things you are reading/watching. It can alert you to fallacies, biases, allusions, and compliance techniques of others while in conversation with you.

It can show you when you are hogging a conversation and not being curious. It can alert you when you are “mansplaining” (if you are a man). It can alert you that there are unheard voices still in a meeting. It can help us have healthy debates. It can help resolve conflict etc. etc.

It can alert you in near real-time to misinformation by running fact-checking.

Future rev could be embedded in glasses and earpieces. Imagine glasses that hide misinformation and compliance messaging from you because you have asked them to!

I am fascinated by the human movement, behavioral economics, social psychology, cognitive diversity, innovation/creativity, and psychological safety. Tools to help us think, make better decisions, innovate, and be better will improve organizations, society, and people.

Yeah — so if this sparks your interest and you have the time/money/interest or know how to get funding and want to do this — let’s talk!!!
